As this delivery did not materialised, I checked the tracking on 17/11/21 only to find that the information on DHL website changed to "parcel has been cancelled”. The tracking information on DHL website stated the parcel is due for delivery on 15/11/21. The online contact of customer service (for obvious reason they do not have a customer service telephone facility unlike those reputable companies thrive on customer service) mentioned that the shoes are arriving from Holland!! I was issued with the tracking information for the courier DHL. As of 14/11/21, I had received no information from Footlocker regarding the reorder. Anyhow, I have the return confirmation documents from the shop but received nothing for the reordering of the shoes. If I knew what I know now my action would have been different. Regrettably, I made the mistake of reordering the shoe rather than obtaining a refund. I received the shoes on 11/11/21 (impressive!!) however had to return them to my local shop on 12/11/21 as the shoes did not fit my daughter. I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter costing £59.99 in size 5 on 10/11/21. Heartbroken child that doesn’t understand and still haven’t got the money back 4 weeks after it should have been refunded. They are now out of stock and won’t be restocking this trainer again. Not only should I have already been refunded a couple of weeks ago and they don’t know why this hasn’t happened but they have no explanation as to why his trainers can’t be resent out. Eventually got through to someone on live chat after 4 weeks since the order to be told. My order number doesn’t work on their system due to me ordering online. Emailed the international footlocker who responded within 24 hours and forwarded them email to the Uk. I attempted to contact footlocker - phone line isn’t on. I received an email to say order was being sent back to the warehouse. Naturally this was attempted when we were not at home.
I ordered them for him and they never let us know when they would be delivered. I have an autistic son who saved all his birthday money up to buy his favourite trainers.
